I write a tremendous amount on the importance of being yourself in front of a jury and know it is so. I know from experience that a new tie color won’t win a case, in spite of what the “experts” say about the color of red and its attraction to jurors.
In trial, as in life,, the experiences we have are not important,, it’s the lessons we learn that are. I can tell you from my own personal experience that the best trial lawyers are usually the ones that are not the smartest, the best looking or the best dressers,, it’s the ones that the jury relates to that make them stand out in their field.
I can also tell you that faking it is not a way to win,, nor is imitating someone else. It is so very important just to be yourself and only yourself. It seems obvious to me that the winners aren’t whiners and the whiners usually aren’t winners.
I know, just for me today, that the best advice I can give anyone trying a lawsuit is just to be yourself,, forget all that you have “learned” and just be yourself. By the way,, studies now show that the best color for jurors is blue,,, or do they?
Remember never buy a tie thinking it win your case for you,, always, always, always just be yourself in front of that group of friends you call a jury.

Is there something I’m missing with the double/triple commas?
Youre on top of the game. Tnhkas for sharing.
